Brunch Burger 

Spring Mix lettuce
Cheese
Cherry tomatoes halved
Lean beef patty ( whole or crumbled)
Fried egg 

Dressing… Mustard, honey, red pepper, water to thin

* you can also add peppers, onion, mushrooms, anything that you would add to a burger add to your salad! 




Cauliflower fried rice

I put the cauliflower in my nutri bullet to chop it. Then I sautéed a few chopped onions and garlic in coconut oil and then added the chopped cauliflower to the hot skillet and sautéed it.  
Added chili powder, red pepper, and Bragg liquid Aminos (soy).
Tossed in some cooked shredded chicken and topped with a sprinkle of green onions. (You could add other veggies too like carrots &/or broccoli)




Dinner tonight!!!...I used the veggetti and sautéed yellow squash with onion and peppers with little grape tomatoes chopped up. Then topped it off with Gorgonzola cheese. I also used the veggetti and did sweet potatoes with cinnamon and red pepper with a little olive oil put them on a cookie sheet and baked on 350 then broiled for a few minutes to get crispy!!! So good!!!

Hard shell Taco

Bake you corn tortilla in the oven to give it an extra crunch. Then fill it fill of 
all you favorite fixed approved favorites! 


Tilapia, Green Beans, grape Tomatoes topped with goat cheese



Taco Salad

I used the Mrs. Dash Taco seasoning, cherry tomatoes, cheese, and avocado.


Below I used a corn tortilla and then a side salad with taco meat and feta.


Squash (using the veggetti) Organic Tomatoes, meatballs, topped with feta.



Bullet Proof Coffee

Add 1/2- 1 tsp of coconut oil and stevia to your coffee-- blend.....SO yummy!!!!
